The most ideal employers in China

Looking at the list over the top 20 ideal employers in China we notice that there are many international companies in the top compared to the other markets were we work in. Of the 20 most popular ideal employers, 13 are international companies and 7 are Chinese.

China Mobile is the most preferred employer and is chosen by more than 23 % of the respondents. Second is the consumer goods giant P&G followed by IBM, Bank of China and BMW.
