Deloittle launches recruitment advertising campaign targeted at Chinese graduates
Professional services firm Deloitte has launched a recruitment campaign to attract up to 50 graduates a year directly from Chinese universities.
The graduates will be supported in gaining internationally recognized qualifications and will have the chance to return to China to work on client assignments.
Following successful completion of their studies, the graduates will be offered the opportunity to work at Deloitte's Chinese firm.
John Connolly, Deloitte's chief executive and senior partner, said: "China presents a massive opportunity and a challenge for us in the UK. This recruitment program will help forge stronger links with China, and clients will benefit from a cadre of qualified advisers that have direct experience of both the UK and China."
Deloitte is one of the UK's largest graduate recruiters, with 1,400 graduates joining the firm this year.
