Job shortage to continue in 2007
China's serious job shortage is likely to continue through next year, with more than 15 million urban people unable to find work, says a report by the Chinese Academy of Social Science, a major think tank. More than 25 million urban Chinese will be competing for only 10 million jobs in 2007, the report forecasts.
